Project role: Campaign Development, Basic UX Design, Illustration, Print/Digital Assets and Physical Promotions
Project timeline: 4 months
My creative team hosted a pitch day where members of our team had the opportunity to team up with someone or work solo in finding business pain points and creating a campaign to resolve the problem at hand. After conducting a research and talking to different team across the organization, I decided to create a fun and engaging campaign focused on educating employees and raising overall awareness and knowledge on company acronyms. 
Step 1: Create an acronym glossary page that was simple and user friendly (not shown due to confidentiality).
Step 2: Categorize acronyms based off of divisions most relevant to (worked with Internal Comms team to accomplish this).
Step 3: Create a fun and inviting mascot (called Chevy the Chevron) to be the face of the campaign.
Step 4: Create print and digital assets to advertise the new glossary across the company.
