Freddie Mac hosts an annual Multifamily Impact Summit which is their biggest event for Multifamily. Amongst the attendees are lenders and borrower who come to discuss trends in the multifamily industry, discuss best practices moving forward and help find innovative solutions to deliver increased impact across the country.
Branding/strategy
It was important to retain Freddie Macs original chevron icon but make it unique for this event. After playing around with shape, placement and color I landed on a color split chevron block that 1) on its own resembles a building block, 2) when stacked resembles a building, 3) when multiplied resembles people coming together to create change and momentum within the industry.
